mk1 caddy golf anyone fitted a 2.0tdi bkd

as the r32t is getting rather hefty on fuel i think im going the throw a bkd 2.0 16v tdi 6speed and keep it 4wd for the winter .anyone here done it.or conversion pictures of one ?

 

bump?i assumed they would be plenty of these conversions about...

 

not many about, as more people (still not many) go for a 8V 130pd, still a heavy unit, not much off the 32 block

you still need wiring digrams?

 

hi crispy ive managed to get full wireing daigrams download for the bkd .reason id thought id use it i have a few engines for them (16v pd version 2.0)
thought chuff it get it thrown in modifyed mounts gearbox.engine.driveshafts.bigger turbo.understanding these wireing daigram im notto good at.autodatas easy but dosent go in depth tbh

 

had downpipe issises so had to remod turbo idea to this now theres room for a downpipe

 

now running yipee lol

 

found a decent sized turbo so thought .id better make a manifold to fit it

 

quick intake pipes knocked up

next chopped some intercooler pipes buzzed them on to intercooler

intercooler in pipe (space getting tight lol)

hopefully remove front pannel and fit a new one as well

 

tunieing time is close ............

What turbo have you used?

 

Yearh replaced complete front pannel .maf delete turbos a gtb2260vk from a 3.0 q7 runing nicely at 2 bar .just unsure how far i dear shove it ..
