    i got a mk1 golf with a small (6inch??)
servo and im putting a big 16v(8 or 9 inch?) servo on

the servo came with a master cylinder that has 2 ports for my brake lines
now im guessing 1 ports front brakes 1 ports back... where the old one had 4 ports...Do i get the 2 front re-made into a T piece (and same with rear) or would it be better to go and get a new master cylinder with 4 ports?

Sorry if it made no scence i have a hangover :\

    No.
2 ports means you use t pieces and make it diag split - so drivers fron with passenger rear.

Right sorted out all the pipes but now the calipars are confusing, i put new pads in them and i got new vented discs.....the discs dont fitt in the calipars....like the pads are too big?

I pushed the piston all the way out but still wont fitt.... the gap between the pads is like 14mm and the disc is like 20mm.
Do i need differnt like GTI calipars?

the wider discs had thinner pads iirc.
are you using the pads for solid discs?

As far as I'm aware, thats wrong.

One port is for the front wheels, and the other for the rear wheels.

unless the race cars I've worked on over the years are wrong, which I very much doubt.

Road cars are diagonally split for the reasons given above... ;)

Race cars might be done differently for some reason.

    In the OPs original m/c it would have been a diagnoal split within the m/c (if that makes sense), ie; the first pair of ports would have fed a front and diagonally opposite rear, then the second would have fed the others, like so (actual designations of each might be wrong, but you get the idea);

And rather than go to all the effort of tee-ing into existing lines, the likes of GSF, or ECP will do you a 4-port 22mm m/c for about 25-30.

StuMc - your right on a MC with 4 outputs.

But with a MC with 2 outputs - I'd use one for the front and one for the rear. In principle it will work how ever you plumb it in. But with the way I'd do it, you'd use less copper pipe, would be simpler to maintain, and if you ever wanted to run a bias valve plumbing that in alot easier.
