Hi been a long time since I last used this fantastic forum. Would anyone know if a mk1 golf gti passenger seat would fit in the drivers side. And could I reroute chair lift cable before retrim. Many thanks
not directly, the rear legs are different either side so you cant swap the seatbelt clip. however fabric and foams will swap to a passenger frame plus the backrest will as well, only issue is the adjust knob will be on the wrong side plus if its a 3 door the folding handle. same deal with base though can strip all the fabric and foam off it and fit to driver side frame
