Thought I had a bad Speedometer cable, then noticed the odometer isn't moving either...

So I have the cluster removed, however It appears this white tab is missing seen in second image), and I cannot figure out what it's called, or how I could find it.

The fuel gauge was also not reading. Is that Connector related? Wondering If I can solve or if it's going to be too much work.

Ive searched a few videos as well, but can't seem to find anything where anyone discusses the connections on back

the speedometer/oddometer is mechanical so that wont be your problem. afaik that terminal is only for the analogue clock. for the fuel gauge try earthing the level sender wire which is purple/black for euro models, US it can be different
