Mk1 wiper / washer options

I have a single wiper conversion on the mk1 Golf and i want to run a washer jet off the wiper itself as the bonnet is fiberglass which i am leaving the jet holes covered in.

So what are my options for the washer on wiper & what cars if any could i take bits from to use to do it?

I know some cars (non vag etc) have built in washers on the wiper but checking to see if i have to change the washer arm & if there are any straight swap or easily adaptable ones.

i've seen the pipe taken up the wiper, bunged at the end and small holes made in it, along the length.

 

or you could mount the washers so that they squirt through the bonnet vents and still remain unseen.
