I am looking to buy a mild steel Jetex system for my mk2 16v (the same one as you fitted to your fifth gear oak green gti)

From the Jetex website the system appears to come with a sleeve to mate the system to an OEM downpipe. This will be fine initially but I am looking to fit a TSR 4-1 manifold when I do my 2L 16v ACE conversion....

Assuming the fifth gear car had one of your 4-1 manifolds as well, do you stock the Jetex compensator to mate the system to your manifolds? Is this also a straight fit to the rest of the system?

    Cheers

    Chris

    Hi ,

The Jetex system will usually come with a couple of sleeves to fit them and we reccommend these as they are a direct fit for our manifold.

Even if it comes with the wrong size sleeve (for the 4 branch), you can buy any size you want from merlin motorsport and the like.

A twin round mild steel 8v system costs 233.
