sometimes between gears whilst driving it within an inch of its life my car backfires/pops....is that a sign of things to come or could it just be over fueling?
could be either ign timing slightly off, or a buggered zaust silencer baffle. I've had both problems casue a few pops on my old 8v
i have the same on my brothers 8v its got a brand new exhaust fitted and the ign timing seems to be fine.ive had phatty check it yet it still does this pop from time to time
and mine! tbf i dont want to check to see if anything is wrong because i never tire of people sayin your car spits flames!
