hi there just wondered if anyone can help I’m in the middle of nearly finishing my 1.8t conversion aum . I have parts that need finishing like intercooler etc, be nice to hear it running ! I tried yesterday but would not start has spark and fuel , do the 1.8t,s need a intercooler to start? I no some cars will not start at all if no cooler fitted , and I have no map sensor either which is obviously part of the cooler. Can someone tell me if these need to be fitted , even if it starts and cuts out just be nice to hear because I don’t no the engine thanks baz
