Hello all, I'm looking for a suitable switch for my head unit on a MK2 Golf. I'd like 3 positions really, OFF, Radio Supplied by Permanent 12v, Radio supplied by Live After Ignition. Can anyone think of a suitable switch I could re-purpose that would fit in the oblong slots next to the head unit?. It's just for the Ignition sense wire so not high current draw.
Maybe have a look at a second fog light switch? They off, then two postions... no idea if you could re-wire things to suit though. Do vaguely recall that the Discovery 2 had what looked suspiciously like MK2 electric window switches, perhaps they've other matching / similar looking two stage accessory switches that might fit the bill?
