Currently renewing all of my old brake lines, have them all made up but didnt think to label the old ones when i took them off, so now im stuck and have got about 50% connected up but baffled by the remaining 50%

Anyone have any simple sketches or diagrams i could use?

    Cheers - Phil

Does it matter which 2 outlets the brake lines go to on the Master Cylinder? Mine has a 22m 16v Master Cylinder with 4 outlets, 2 of which will need blanking.

    Thanks

the front and back holes are the 2 different circuits. so as long as you use one of the front hoels and one of the back holes you're sorted. doesnt matter which side, just front/back

Can you buy the brake lines in anything other than copper? Were original ones black or green or something?

vw will sell you steel ones, but you need a good quality flare tool to do it. oem are a dark green colour, not sure what the new oem stuff is

I'm going to do mine in Cupro Nickel (Kunifer/Cunifer?). A guy on e-bay does a 25ft roll for about 11 delivered.

Is there any point using all 4 holes on the MC or is it just a waste of pipe?

theres no need to, its entirely up to you really. if you go for all 4 holes just means more pipe to run
