    Hi peeps,
I have a AGU engined 1.8T mk 3 golf which has developed a misfire under load. This only happens on boost though.
I have changed the coilpacks but to no avail.
Has anyone got any idea what could be causing this? Is there anything obvious i should be looking for?
The car is running an emerald ECU btw
    Any help would be appreciated
    Thanks

not changed the plugs yet. That's next on the list.
It's been parked for a month or so and it was fine then. This prob has appeared since then [:s]

Maf?....You dont need one on the Emerald ecu I would be supprised if you have it on?

As Bill suggests Plugs first, then look at the live adjustments/diag data on the Emerald ecu and the data see what you are getting, lean mixture maybe? Check on the "manifold pressure compensation" This is in the map contained in the ecu, check the increase in fueling factor that is applied under boost. Has the feed to the map sensor come off?
Also wise to check the earth/resistance to the coils.
