dropping an abf on digi into a mk 2 shell very soon so have stripped a mk3 for bits. it has a canister in the wing that has a pipe leading back to the fuel tank and a valve also attatches to the canister and sits behind the intake pipe.

5 quick questions if I may.....

[:?:] what is the canister that sits behind the wing?

[:?:] do I need it to make the digi fuction correctly?

[:?:] whats the valve that sits behind the intake?

    [:?:] What dose it do?

    [:?:] is it needed?

    cheers

    Charcoal canister.

It used to `re-cycle` fumes from the fuel tank instead of venting to atmosphere.

Just Eco-nonsense. Bin the lot, since it`s not needed for correct running.

Search `charcoal canister` for all the ins and outs.
