Mk3 Revs Sticks At 20 Revs Then Works After A While Help!!

    HI, i have a golf k ref 1.8 gl and wen i 1st start the car it sticks sometimes on 20 revs sometimes 15 but its for about 5-10mins then it becomes alright confused. help!!! someone said it could be the spark plugs... clutch just got changed around 10,000 miles

    also the gear sticks at gear 1 for about 1 second wen u change just b4 u stop and normally
