Posting a question for a friend...he wants to know what engine differences there are between a Golf GT TDi 140ps and a Golf GT TDi 170ps. They appear to have same engine but was wondering whether the difference is the ECU map or a different turbo etc? Thanks Andy
i suspect it is (engine wise) Vag marketing would have designed the 170 from the start, and then detuned it to make the 140 as an intermediate model i believe theres cosmetic/spec differences however
