Take badges off and you'd be hard pushed to distinguish it from any Jap marque, another missed opportunity. :thumbd:

the back looks like a vectra estate shrunk down. The more I look at it, the worse it gets.I know you've got to keep with the times, but to be honest imo, after the Mk2 they never really got it right

Uh, horrid! Comparing with stu's sig pic it looks like they've gone back to the mk4 and thought "let's just facelift that at the front"!

Still sticking with my mk2 then.

it'll definately help sales for the scirocco when it comes out!

I like the looks of the Mk5 GTI even if most of the other models in the range look pants.
I'll be interested to see what they do with the new GTI...

I think it looks OK. I didn't like the mk5 at first but now I think the mk5 GTI is the best looking golf ever!!!

vauxhall styling at the mo is way ahead of the vw stuff, very clever roof and window graphics.

Looks like the new Scirocco, in the same way all MK5 Golfs and Polo 9N2s look similar somehow.

Not that I don't like it. I for one think it looks quite nice!
