what alarm do you have as all the new range of cliffords now have a closed loop protection facility on them this is a wire that can be looped around or through an item that when the wire is cut it fully triggers the alarm

You can get security cameras that connect up to your video & tv etc for a pretty good price. Yes, it's hassle, but think of the delight you'd get in catching the thieving b*****d! As for sleeping in the car, I don't know if that would stop some of these thieveing b*****ds, as at Bug Jam the other year they were trying to knick stuff out of people's tents when they were in them asleep! I've had all my camera gear, a jacket, t-shirt, shades, glasses & club stickers knicked out of my tent before!
