is it a radio tower or a TV tower? Radio towers can be quite nasty if its AM, bit of a nasty radiation when in close proximity. unless it was all turned off? As for having a parachute. I'm guessing due its size its probably a guy'd mast, or not joined up with the other aerials near by, wich means it has big cables anchoring it down. normally on three points, you need to be sure you miss those
And is it a case of "you slip, you die"? Didn't see a lot H&S in that. Barely clipping onto anything. Make me feel faint even watching that, don't do heights. No sir, not at all.
