when i was at uni my bigest problem was the kids scratching the car must have done it 1000 times and this was in bradford. if i wer you id remove all the audio equipent and leave the wires hanging out, they probably wont even bother then. most break ins these days are stereo theft i would have thought. most people dont have anything else worth anything in a car.
Thats what mines like, just got stereo wires hanging out of the dash, if i want to listen to music i take an ipod!
