I am very pleased to be able to announce the Newly developed 80mm Full Bore Silicon TIP for K04 users like LCR's, S3's, TT225's etc

Fresh off the mould tools the new 80mm TIP is a one piece silicon TIP, plus its Billet Adaptor & clips.

This is the evolution of the 3" TIP as was, but now simplified into a one piece Silicon hose. The increased bore size of 80mm maintains MAF Sensor Internal diameter straight through to the turbo intake, increasing airflow as proven with the 3" TIP previously. The 80mm Silicon TIP replaces the 3" multi-component version for all ESP equipped rhd cars.

The TIP fits to std airbox or induction kits and cone filters. Some trimming to suit may be required to tailor to the car.

Any way to fit these to a mk3 ibiza setup Bill????? i've bent the hard matrix pipe down like some do but it looks like the cable change brackets/cables are in the way for a larger TIP to fit.
Mines in a mk2 golf but its just the same & wondered if others had problems or if there was an easy fix fo it.

    I'm running a k04 022 Bill.
Here are some pics i took today, the problem is with the higher gear cable to the near side of the car,its close with a normal TIP & i thought the 3" version might not fit due to the larger diameter.

Not the best pics but i think you can get the gist of what bit i mean.
I did wonder if any mk3 Ibiza (k04) owners had fitted these & had problems hence the question? but i understand its a new product to the market.
    Thanks
    Tommy.

the ibiza k04 guys have issues on abs pipe/unit which gets in the way. they have slotted the mounting bracket for it and moved it enought for the 3" TIP.

cables not usually the issue. all very close of course!

    Bill,

Am I right in the understanding that both runs are with std management and no other mods at all?

    Cheers,

    Tim
