    Hi guys.
My project car is a bitch. It's been parked for a loong time. All of a sudden the low beam doesn't work.

I've been tracing the yellow/black wire, but having a bit of a rough time seeing where it goes, or where it's broken (since there is a MILLION yellow/black wires, thank you volkswagen).

At the bulb in the front, I can measure a low voltage, probably 1-3v. Position lights and high beam still works, and I checked fuse 21 and 22 (the last 2).

Can somebody help me where the yellow/black wires goes to (assuming plug C in the picture below). Or is there any common errors on Golf 2 1988 CE1 fusebox?

if its both sides then I would look at the flasher switch though, its the 4 wire plug on the wiper switch(!) with red/yellow, white, yellow and white/black. unplug and loop a wire between the red/yellow and yellow pins and dipped beam should come on
