Whos remap is it? Should be minimum 190 bhp depending if you have a throttle cable car or the later drive by wire.

Mmmm. my 1.8t rolling roaded at 220bhp and was 154 standard, dont forget tho that different rollers will give out different readings, plus if you had it on the rollers on a warm day would not help the case much either

do a search first on this topic, may help

ideally bolting on a ko3s would be a starting point.
Not sure if nos is an optimal direction.

Plus the rolling road callibration, I had quiet a few rr done with my 1.8 t and they could vary as much as 20 bhp on different rollers, 220 was the best one and thats the one I'm sticking too;)

a better question should be how does it feel driving, better by loads or hardly any?

    MAF sensor healthy?
    RR heatsoaked?

so many reasons for an apparent under read.... did you ever have this car on the same rollers before as a comparison? you presume rollers all read accurate figures.. but they dont for all manner of reasons.

i can feel a differnce but not much at 3.5 rev thats when the turbo gets a kick i no when its at 3.5 revs the psi is 19 coz i sean that on the rolling road

the car has a decat bigger intercooler and a dump valve and the remap

what are these MAF sensor healthy?

are you sure that you can de-cat it with out problems ? i take it it was a flywheels reading of 175 bhp?

what map is it ? 19psi sounds about right for a mapped 20vt . but like bill said maff might be a issue get vag com on it and go for a drive and read the values for the maff (im sure bill will give you instructions on how to do this )

As a guide you should log 3rd gear for example rev it out from 2K onwards full throttle (private road ) and see how much max airflow your MAF reads.
~160g/s or more is not too bad for a K03s car. Significantly less however and the thing is not very healthy. Maybe cleanable with IPS if dirty, but more thanlikely needs replacement.
