Hello! Hope someone can help me with this one pls? OBD1 vr6 rado runs rough when cold, first few mins it doesnt like to idle, coughs and smells very strongly of fuel. Getting a code 00533 idle speed regulation adaption limit surpassed. All temp sensors changed, tried another maf, 02 sensor checked (supply voltage, earth, resistance). No temp reading on the dash but i think that might be the clocks? Coolant temp on vagcom seems fine. If you give it a really good rev you get a little puff of black smoke (over fuelling?). Been looking at the date in measuring block 6, group 1 is 1.0, 2 is 0.711, 3 is 0.992, and 4 is 1.0 Timing value at idle is 0.8-3.0 atdc isv duty cycle is 72.8% isv adaption is 1.016 injector on time 4.0 m/s All the above are when warm. Cheked the maf wiring and thar seems ok as well, earth, supply and signal. Any input would be great as i'm a bit stumped now!
