I'm meeting this girl tonight who I met out last week.

Just going for drinks so its not too awkward. feeling pretty nervous though cos all the other dates I've ever been on I've known them beforehand anyway!!

That's what it all boils down to...just be yourself and be chilled. If you both like each other and get along then the rest will just fall into place so don't worry too much.

One of the first dates I had with my girlfriend I got all nervous at one point and stuck my finger up at her. I dunno why I did it but she told me later on that she wasn't impressed at all but decided to give me the benefit of the doubt anyway as I was sweet.

I found everything he said interesting and the evening just flowed.
He's....less interesting now after 4 years

So then Gareth how did it go??

 

went to one bar and had a few pints

went to the next bar and we had a few flaming sambucas and some more drinks

went to tiger tiger in cardiff and had our own little booth, quite seductive he he

used loads of cheeky lines and she loved it, one of them was "i hope your not gonna take advantage of me when i'm drunk",

anyway a taxi later back to her apartment, smart place in the redeveloped cardiff bay area, I got to lsip her one.

Stayed overnight and did the same in the morning!!

Got the train back home then about 11am, doin the walk of shame with a big cheesy grin on my face!!
