Hi, I want to change my oil pressure switches as i think they may be playing up. I went down to VW and apparantly there are 3 different colours for the one that goes in the oil cooler which is fine as i can check the colour of the old one. The one in the side of the head, VW said there is only one - a blue one. I have been told elsewhere that there are different colours for this one too. I `ve had a recent refurb and this sender was replaced with a blue one - is this correct or could it be a different colour? Its a PB engine in 91 8V Gti thanks, mike
056 919 081 E - oil filter housing 1.8bar - white 028 919 081 D - side of head 0.3bar - orig sensor black/brown, new one is blue while you're there get a new ecu temp sensor: 025 906 041 A - 2 pin, blue
