Old Mk1 pics - Lots of photos!

Oh dear there are a few 80's horrors amongst those mk1 classics

wow good to see old pics , im sure i used to own the silver one epb number plate around 7 years ago , i dont have any pics to refer to but im sure its one of my old mk1's ,i remember the rust around the sunroof (had around 15 mk1's since passing test many moons ago)

 

EPB was one of my mates cars. That piccy was from around 1989.

Thats the car that got me into Mk1s!

His current Mk1 is on front cover of Retro Cars magazine along with his Dolomite Sprint

 

Thats inters 1995 i have a pic of the same MK1 that i took sheeeeeeeeesh

 

them were the days when the bodykits were in, now they are all back to standard form

 

What happened to the Purple MK1 Paul Duddle built?.. Was on the cover of PVW IRC. Clipper kit in Cadburys purple I think

Used to pass through the village here quite often then it vanished.

Wow. Scrolling through those I could of sworn they were my photos. Was hoping to see my old Golf, OWA221X.
