I've been looking at paint charts for days to no avail.

I'm sure it's a 78....but..

Post if you know the name and paint code.

i would say that the paint has been coustom made.

go to a bodyshop or paint supply place with your pic..they will show you the vag charts from the 70's and you can pic it out

 

it may not even be a VAG colour
