I'm nearing the end with my MK2, just to get it roadworthy again and presentable!.

I have had a good look over the outside, dug a load of filler out of NS rear quarter and have Epoxy Primered it.

I can't use 2 pack spray paint really due to killing the neighbours so wondering what my options are?.

It's Atlas Grey, so may be a pig to match the colour.

Has anyone on here painted their own car and if so what did you use?.

It's sealed and weather tight now, just needs colour and lacquer on top.

I've seen Acrylic paint May be a safer option?.

    Cheers all.

Have a look at Copes thread, loads of DIY painting goodness on there.

Unless they're going to be standing beside you inhaling it, or it's blowing straight in their window, you won't harm anyone.
