    My Dad is interested in going to watch the first stage of this yrs Paris Dakar. He has been trying to find out if the first stage that starts on either Dec 31 or Jan 1 in Lisbon is on road or off road. I`m told the offical site is`nt much use and does`nt say either way

    Anybody?

    Maybe have a look at Eurosport's website, they cover it pretty extensively.
