I went to have a look at how the engine conversion was going today at Voodoo, and was offered a passenger ride in Doug's 20VT Scirocco from PVW, so I quickly accepted! I haven't stopped smiling since! It was FU*KING fast!!! We went down the A3 and tried to tempt a few cars into a little race, including a Skyline and a 5.6 litre Merc, but they weren't having any of it. I've never been in a car like it - when the turbo kicks in it just throws you to the back of your seat! Fu*king awesome! Thanks to Voodooelie for the white knuckle ride!
You're welcome to mate. They're there on weekends. I hope to pop down there in the afternoon today at about 4ish to pick up a few bits I'm selling on from the old engine. Vince has said it's the strongest engine he's mapped using DTA yet on the scirocco
