am i right in thinking if i got a engine shudder on idle this could be a DMF failure also there is slight rattle from box ???
If it changes with the clutch pedal then probably yes, they can rattle for ages before they fail mind.
I've got 130 pd.if anything to go by mine squeeked for about 6 weeks.then had a slight rattle that Changed noise when depressing clutch.and a couple of weeks later game over.mine actually went on the way To to garage to have it sorted.just 100 yards from reception Not a cheap job i managed to negotiate a deal at 700 quid inc vat.but some places wanted a Grand.
