What a ridiculous thing to say!...[:v:]

In all the comps so far, the best chop, from a technical stand point, has won IMO.

Looking back; Dirty Dubber did the rally style Fastback, with full on graphics, spots, and mud splashes...

Wez did the Mk6 Polizei-style with flashing headlights...

I tweaked the Polo to fit onto a drift car (an RX8 BTW)...

Copeyboi turned the Lupo into an off-road beast...

And, the winner so far, though I`ll still be having a go (;) ) is Luke`s impressive background and lighting effect.

I think that proves your statement wrong...

I didn't win with the polizei mate [:s]

and i've got to agree with him, the winner most of the time is usually the one with a theme, generally the skill and quality of work done is lacking.........

twas the reason I did the polizei mk6 - I hated it, but everyone else seemed to like it........

I tend to vote for the picture that has the best blend. Idea, technical ability, realism. If it looks fake then it doesnt get my vote.

Bitter about what? And wez, I do see what you mean. When you put a lot of effort into your chop, and then it gets beaten by something that you can obviously see is wrong...But meh, I agree that Luke's chop is the best one so far.

Bitter that your attempts never got the kudos you thought they deserved to get. As displayed here:

    Oh yeah....[:$]

Just pipped by M47Ks effort. I voted for yours on a technical/attention to detail basis.

    Forgot it hadn`t actually won...;)

I'm not only speaking for myself. Sure I'm a little disappointed that I didn't win, as I'm sure everyone is. But bitter? No, not at all. Otherwise I'd be hating everyone else on this forum :p

Looks ace tom. My entry I got bored with trying to make better. Really enjoyed it because of the difference in what we had to work with, but I don't think it's going to win. I think it looks a bit poo tbh. No doubt others will agree.

Why thank you, it does look different, and lowered far too much :p The font was an easy job to do really, just smooth the rear, then pick a font, write your writing, lower the opacity and use the bevel and emboss tool. I should've put a bee sting ariel on...meh, I can't be bothered to change things now. On second glance, it's not awful. Oh, and the background is a sample of one of the photographs I took on the way back from birdwatching...The tweet tweet kind of birds. I reckon next competition should be to mod the interior of a car, now that would be awesome!

So am I, it shows good strength in character and confidence in one's own abilities. What do you think to the interior idea?
