    Touch:clap:

Utterly agree with you there dear.

I don't wish to broaden my horizons here, otherwise I would be on a "any car under the bloody sun" Forum:lol:

Sorry I didn't post another pic for everyone to have a go at. Been a bit busy with other stuff. Besides, the winner of one comp could post a pic that they'd been photoshopping to perfection for ages and sidestepping the 1 week rule everyone else has to play by;) I'm quite happy for someone else to start the next comp.

With reagards jApAn's choice of pic, I'm as much a VW nut as anyone, and wouldn't even entertain the idea of buying a 205, but there are only so many pics of classic VW's to use before it gets a bit dull don't you think. It would end up with every comp being a Mk1 from a different angle. The comp is about making the car look how you want it to look. If that look is for it's **** to be poking out of a skip, do it, as long as you put a bit of effort into it I'll vote for it.

Now I'm going to run for cover before I get a torrent of abuse thrown at me:lol:

    I agree with you dirtydubber.

But we could at least start with the VW's and then go onto other cars!

yep just think of all the vag cars for the last 60+years theres hundreds, how about a VW fastback? that would be a fun one to chop. I do have to agree that this is a VW forum and if I wanted to see chops of other cars Id go onto forums specifically for chopping. HTH

Quality of the pic is a bit ropey, but the car is a much better choice considering the forum this is.

After the first comp, i just didnt have the enthusiasm to chop the cars suggested, but thats just me.

JAPAN - it seems like you're acting out of spite because you've been criticised.

End of the day, this should be about fun.

I've always like the type 3's! I saw a really nice one the other week with at least 16" chrome wheels on...

(Admittedly they're fastbacks) but I still like them.

how about raising a car? stretching a car? or hot-rodding one? - just ideas :)

yea, sorry my pic was a bit low quality but I posted the pic as I thought people might not know the car I was talking about. I am by no means saying do that one I just wanted some of you guys to remember that there are many old vag cars that are perfect for chopping as I really enjoy seeing the end results.

Igotagti; that thread is funny especialy as he votes for himself to stay.....
