Is there a simple way to slightly adjust / reduce the revs at idle on a pierburg 2e2. 1.3 jetta? Engine code HK Previously when I had my mk2 golf I adjusted a screw and you could hear the revs go up or down instantly. if I turn a similar screw on the jetta nothing changes. I am just wanting to reduce the revs slightly as it’s a little high at idle. Thanks.
Memory is too hazy to remember any 2e3 details. Your car should have a 2E3, not a 2E2, so either someone has fitted the wrong carb, or you have misidentified it. May help in searching for info to use "Pierburg 2E3"
