    how to know is this part ok? how to test that part?

    Measure resistance (Ohms) between the two pins of the connector. Hope to see approximately 30 Ohms. (Exact number not critical).

    Try blowing into top pipe with and without 12V connected to these two pins (polarity +/- is marked on the connector housing I think).

    With 12V connected, you should hear a click, and the valve opens to let air through, with 12V not connected, valve should be closed and not let air through.
