A lot of the top ends units tend to have 3 RCA outs - normally a front, rear and sub ---- all do the same thing but on some you have the ability to fade the sub RCA.

    (http://www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/product_detail.jsp?product_id=3 988&taxonomy_id=25-121)

Some other manufacturers will do them on cheaper units like Kenwood etc but if it aint Alpine or Pioneer as far as headunits go I dont rate em (oh and Nakamichi!)

Failing that you can use RCA splitters

If you must then why don't you run the 6x9s off the headunit speaker channels. Which leaves 2 sets of pre-outs.

1 set of pre-outs for your sub
2nd set can be used for your components.

You could also amp 1 set of 6x9s if need be, by using RCA Splitters.

IMO i would ditch the 6x9s and put it towards some decent cabling???
