Never understand the mentality of posting an Ebay auction that nearly 3000 people on a forum may have missed. If i find a bargain i think someone may be interested in, i tell that one person alone.
yup i bid on it when it was nice money but of course it will always rocket...... doesn't really matter about telling people with those kind of things luke, because everybody beyond everybody knows about it and bids on it to a stupid price anyway. IE it was already on 620 before i was posted here... Same for most parts now on ebay, not that many gems u find that no one has an eye on...

well i dont think that price is too bad those front seats from konig are 820. up until about 3 weeks ago i was all set to order some. the fact that these will probably go for about 900 would mean a bargin. i could sell the door cards for a good 200 also. i could have probably bought them a week ago but now i have my car in the paint shop and my wheels booked in next week.....along with the 160 rear tyre for my bike....look like ill have to miss out!
do R32 rear benches fit in mk2's though? i know the front seats defo do.....with some chopping......and a subframe or two??????
i think you can get any interior in a car if you want to! i have heard of a mk4 bench in a mk2, thats why me and ian wanted to do it. i got fed up looking tho.....sods law this comes up 2 weeks later!!
Right now that is a very good price. It would even be a bargain if it went to 1000. Call MJ interiors and get a quote to cover your seats in leather and see what price they give you. Its gonna be similar.
very good point. that price is an absolute steal. to get a normal leather retrim would be well over 1000 to the same quality as vw, and throw into the equation that its a genuine r32 interior... its fapping gorgeous
yeah thats the other thing i forgot to mention....when you pay 820 for the konig seats they have konig stitched on them. the fact that these have the genuine 'R' on them must be sought after.
I'll give my seats a nice clean later. Only ones I've every had that I can drive for 4 hours without a trace of backache. Really hold you in on the twisties too. Possibly the best seats I've sat on.
