I should really have known that you would post something at some stage that would highlight all the social problems in all of the western liberal democratic nations coming down to limp wristed liberals and that it is these people that have made calling black people black socially unacceptable (even thought they never actually have).

In other posts you do joke about and it is light hearted and it even puts a smile on my face.

But in any posts that touch on issues of race, immigration, chavs, anything that can be cast in a bad light you go off one citing that all of societies values have been harmed by wishy washy liberals.

Your solutions to each of these problems seem to take no account of the complications that each case merits (take your stance on battered wives for instance).

It is more this issue that annoys me rather than your opinion which quite rightly everyone is entitled to.

 

But thats one of the major problems in society today.

Wishy washy (well put by the way) liberals who dont have the political/social balls to take any action. They sit on the fence and pretend everything is fine and no one is wrong. No one can win, no one can be a loser, everyone must respect everything all the time ...

Its crap. Being in a position of power isnt a popularity contest. Sometimes you have to offend the minority to satisfy the majority. We live in a state founded on majority rule for gods sake. By trying to satisfy or appease every social group you succeed only in creating a disaffected majority.
