Just wondered - does anyone have any pictures or vids of the Reeves' awesome mk1 and mk2 golfs?

Can't access the Caterham vid, but if its one ive seen before I don't think its an R500- think its an SLR, I know the Reeves machine is an awesome bit of kit but in the right hands an R500 is devastating.

Having a discussion about the handling of front wheel drive with over 200bhp with a work collegue. He states that they are just crap.

I showed him the vid of the Reeves' Mk2 beating that Caterham.

Then work associate then says the caterham wasnt trying and that it was a 1.4, regardless of them passing various other exotica in the process.

I have just shown him proof of a near 400bhp front wheel drive car handling well and he wont beleive it! What a t**t!

 

He probably does beleive it, but he's arrogant and sounds like someone who doesn't like being prooved wrong.

He ought to go and see it on the track.

That's a great video, the Caterham seems very fast although the guy driving needs some lessons me thinks
