Roof skin

hello all

Im after a brand new roof skin for the mk1 as i want to get rid of the sunroof before i get the cage fitted. I have a couple of options with fibre glass and carbon fibre ones but im after a new metal one really. Does anybody know where i could get one from

there obsolete now from the dealers,options are unpick a secondhand one from a scrap shell or try vw south africa for a citi mk1 roof,should be the same part just depends on the price and shipping

 

Silly money i bet just like when i asked for a shell.

 

yeah i thought about getting one off another car might be the best option.
