Driving in Leicestershire last night and followed a white F reg Scirocco (same colour as my Golf). It's rear lights were normal colours, but sort of overlaid with like a white venetian blind effect, keying them into the colour of the car (sorry, can't think of a better description). What sort are they? I think similar would look OK on my car if I could find some (as well as saving me having to swap them come MOT time each year)
Sounds like the lights that came standard on white scirroco scala's (they also had white and silver scala alloys as standard). Never seen that type of lens in a golf fitment though.
Didn't get to see the side (or front) of the car, as stuck in traffic, so not sure what wheels it had. Shame no Golf ones similar. [:^(]
White rear lens where standard on Alpine White Scirocco Scalas thats quite right. I did paint a set of normal lights the same aswell and it looked ok but was a bit fiddly to do Edited by: whitewind
Yes,they look like the ones. They looked very good on that car last night. YOu mean you painted all those neat little lines? You must have a very steady hand and eye!
I had same design on my MK1 Astra, set of the silver very well, influenced at an early age Boy was it hard to do by hand, putting all the srips on!
