Found myself reading about these last night and thinking what a cracking little motor they are. I like good brakes and a lot if the mags reckoned these were about as good as they come on a hatchback, 370mm on the front! 280hp Pilot Sport Cup 2s on 19" wheels Electronic LSD...hmm 30K is a lot of wedge for a fwd hatch though. Same-ish price for a Golf R. I was up at Anglesey when Evo did a group test of these tupe of cars and they reckoned it was the pick of the bunch. Anyone driven one? Cheers Rob
VAQ Electronic LSD is apparently very very good. Better than a ATB by Dales accounts. And he's pretty qualified to comment on such things. - He has and estate 280 which has seen a fair bit of ring action from new! Still no dual axis front swivel hub revo knuckle front suspension to rave about though.. Which is disappointing. Although doesn't seem to be holding it back!?
