This is hard to describe so bear with me guys! On the wife's A class, i'm getting an intermittent kind of interfeerence in the rear right door speaker! Its a factory fit cd head unit. and every now and then you get this really loud like wind running through the rear door speaker. it fades in and out and gets more often once its started. Happens on radio or CD. sounds like its a magnefied sound so i don't know if its a channel in the head unit or a speaker. Don't know much about normal stereo set ups, thought you ICE guys might have heard of this Cheers Domma......
It isn't a speaker problem... a shot speaker would sound crap when playing. Different sounds depending on whats gone. That sounds likt a head unit problem.
Sounds like an internal amplification prob on that channel ---- I had a similar prob with an external amp
