sound proof spray

does that sodding spray sound proofing foam 9blue stuff)affect the panels and cause them to rust?

previous owner got carried away and sprayed up inside the boot etc!

 

Not much help to you, but do you think the foam makes much of a difference?

 

might have traped some water in there and thats caused it to rust?

 

nah,there is no rust,just wondering if it may affect the paint work?

 

Nope, it has a waxy component which repels water. If you are really worried, blow in some waxoyl on top of it. But it should be fine.
