Mike - that green subframe is rather like the one Eurosport sell.... Is it from Black Forest? Cheeky copy if it is - Eurosport have done them for 5++ years
Hello All, BFI actually copied my design and is now selling it as their own. Actually they stole my design and are now selling it as their own. They used to buy them from me, ship them across the US, powdercoat them, and then brand them as their own. Until one day they realized "hey, we can sell these for less by copying his design(s)". Unlike BFI I offer support for *my* products and I ship internationally. Oh yeah, BFI's subframes were also made by me too until they stole that from me. I've just approved the post 2 above. I think Eurosport Accessories may have made them beforehand ? Normally we turf advertising out, but as we know about these - and BFI refuse recognise the UK exists! - I'll let it slide and take the gossip!
It's the sort of thing HRP could make (engine mounts / pedal boxes etc), but would need a takers list and a jig making from a very straight car. I think the market is quite narrow, but am happy to be proved wrong!.
He wants to put some better pictures up. Does his Pa know he's flogging off all the spares from the garage?
Chris, Are the required dimensions not on the jigging sheet on VWMotorsport page? I am sure that's where I got mine from when I made one up for myself very similar to these....I will try and take a pic of it tonight when I get home if I remember as it's sitting in my shed! Tim p.s. I manufactured this about 10 years ago so no claims of me infringing anyones copyright please
