    Hi,

Just driving through Warrington yesterday around 5pm and I spotted a modified Lupo in that bright green colour (fantasia green?) - recognised it from pics I've seen on here before anyway. Has anyone else seen it?

The noise and acceleration of the thing was incredible, what kind of power does it have! Over 200bhp I expect?

If the owner is reading this, I was the lad grinning like a Cheshire cat in the Oak Green Mk2! :p

One point though, I wouldn't advise overtaking four cars on the wrong side of the road over the brow of a hill when in a 30mph zone past a police station no matter how quick the car is! :p

    Cheers

    Stu

He posts under the name of 'Snot-a-golf' I do believe, thought previously used something along the lines of Blo-VR6 or something like that (also has a turbo'd mk2 VR6). He bought the car from Venom who built it, and it has lots and lots of power!

Not that I don't appriciate the amount of work that's gone into the car but it's not my cup of tea.

Yep that's the one, I knew I'd seen it in 'members motors' or somewhere! Turbo'd VR6 as well, that's just greedy! :p

They also have the Black 1.8T Rallye on 17" Car Lines! ;)

    Edit:

BTW. The lupo is running over 300bhp on an IHI Turbo!!

A few people who have come into contact with it(passenger rides etc.) when it was at venom said it was virtually undriveable. A fwd lupo has a ceiling for power, that thing is so far past the ceiling it's ridiculous(apparently). Still quite a feat though, and don't get me wrong, i wouldn't mind a 350-400bhp lupo! As a daily driver [:D]

Hiya - yeah, used to always use the Mk1 Polo for work but we now use either my Golf or my g/f's Lupo Sport (also green) that we've just bought.

If you see me in the Polo don't even think about racing, it's packing 50bhp under the hood! :p

Stealthwagen, that Fiesta van was never going to keep up! :p
