    Hi All,

I've been working on the VW polo 1.4 6n for the last couple of days. If you turn the key and let go before the engine has a chance to kick over, the next time you go to start it it takes forever to start, the starter keeps on turning, eventually it starts but will low revs and then slowly builds the rev and everything is ok.

    Parts changed:
    - Fuel Pump
    - Spark Plugs
    - Rotor Arm.

Before changing all these parts one day the car didn't start at all. (starter turned, engine didn't turn over) While diagnosing the problem when I removed the injectors, the car then started up, and remained started for around 40seconds or so, without the injectors connected! Once connected the car took time to start, but finally started.

So back to the main prob, why does the car take long time to start on the second go?
