Hi. I have a 16v mk 2 golf gti that has a starting issue whereby it turns over for 5-10 seconds before starting , once started it idles rough until revved. It then runs fine. If turned off it will restart straight away but if turned off and left for 10-15 minutes the starting issue returns. Things like dizzy cap, plugs, rota arm and idle control valve replaced. Any ideas please.
