this is my car thanks for putting up the post, not looking good, nothing from police in3 days, and i cant claim on me insurance cause i loose 2 years no claims so it where i dont have any so it will like double my insurance,, so like 2k for the insurance, so im carless but not sure if i can aford a new one as i have no money really, looking for a cheap mk2, mk1 near cov or swanseaif anyone has one
Hope you will get it back, altho my car was also stolen last month too and the Police still can't find any sign of it anywhere. It's becomming a bit obvious as to why they are targetting MK2 Golfs now tho, look at their value now due to the lack of them around (especially low mileage MK2's). They could probably make a load more money than the cars worth selling the parts seperatelly. Also to top that the Police have caught the guy who stole my car but won't let me know his name or any information about him...
i brought it from a garage in cheltenham, yeah lights were done, they didnt have a key cause i moved to swansea with it so miles away from where it was brought, ohh yeah the police found it !! but its a write off i havent seen it yet but when i do i post some pic;s i spoke to the garage and it sound s pretty bad!! bloody joy riders, bad accident two it sounds like, hoping the little bast**d that stole it has some damage!! all the chassis bent and sounds like whacked a curb while turnuing then a treee or sommat!! ow well, sooo sknt now too!! Thanks for keeping an eye out anyway
I feel so bad for you mate, but Swansea is a bad area for it, particularly around the student areas. I've lost count of how many times my friends cars have been stolen.
does anyone have a trailer or anything in swansea, cause the garage is charging me 12 a day to hold it and i wud like to get it out and dismantle it for parts!! my dad can pick it up in 2 weeks but at 12 a day it soon adds up!! i have one option of paying 30 for a scrappy to take it but i no they could make a mint on the bits the coil overs were like 270 within the last 6 months!! anyone out there that is near swansea town center, i am told its close to the center like a couple of quid by taxi so cant be far Thanks jim

Hey, cars gone[:^(], to the scrappy, cost me 30!! and 200 in garage bills, female doges,, oh well , just got a speeding fine through today as well!! gits doin 52 in a 30 rubbish thats not even a good speed!!, ,ow well hoping to get the picture from the camera people so i can frame it and find the cu*ts that did it,, also i found some keys in the car, bloody golf keys the person that stole it had a golf, was in passenger door, so cuda been the passengers or one they stole b4 maybe!! one mk3 key and one mk2 key!!, had house keys and garage keys too c*nts!! man i wanna run them down!!
Unlucky, the police still can't find my car. I expect some scrap yard has picked it up and sold all the parts off it already, the police know where it was dumped as they arrested the guy who took it but over a month later and the car has still not been found. Insurence company offered me 900 for my car, I'd spent 600 on it in the last month, and ones with similar mileage ar going for like 1750 These joyriders need a good kickin, I'm still trying to find out the guys name who nicked my car. I will deff get it and see what he has to say to my fist when it goes through his face. Funny thing is most of them are chavs who go around in groups so they think they are safe.
yep ure right bout the joy riders, no one has been found for mine and it doesnt look like anyone will either,, shame about ure car mate, i was hoping to get mine for parts but im at uni now so there was no chance of that either! oh well, at least u can get some money from insurance, cause im so young theres no point in claaiming cause the insurance goes nuts! so im like 900 quid outta pocket
