As per the title, stolen MK2 Oak Green GTI. 3dr, was an 8v, converted to 16V MK3 lump From Twyford, near Reading yesterday (18th) between 11am and midnight. I live in a residential block with loads of cars all parked together. Unfortunately an Escort (E reg) was removed without permission earlier in the week, someone had already removed the number plates from it. It seems to me like mine went by the same person. The car was on spacesaver rears and axle stands at the front as I needed a set of wheels to move another car. This tells me that they are at least using a towing dolly to move it. I have asked around my contacts, and it appears that its either been taken by pikeys to be crushed (scrap metal value has gone up recently) as it has been happening recently, or maybe someone has spotted it (although its parked out of the way) and made an opportunistic lift of it. Either way, if anyone gets offered any parts from a oak 3dr, or hears of one being broken please let me know Cheers Chris
