On another forum, I belong to a 365 project where I have to take a photograph every day for a whole year and display it. Quite a challenge, really!

Anyway, at a few minutes to midnight yesterday, I remembered I hadn't taken a picture, so went out into the garden and took some long exposures. Despite playing around with lots of settings, including WB, my clouds have all come out orange!

    Why?

I live in a big city, so wonder if it might be reflections of streetlights, but surely not that orange?

    Any filter on the lens?

The same yellow/sepia hue seems to be on the houses too at the bottom left of the shot, as in the colour isn't solely from the sky/clouds but across the whole image.

No - no filter, other than a standard UV.
